i was playing search, the other team got UAV and fired his FMJ AK47 through a wall and instantly killed me. it suuuuucked.
yeah, that's one thing that's great about halo, no bullet penetration... Sometimes it's a minus, other time's a plus... I'm addicted to ninja defusing, holy **** the rush is soooooo fun. Reactions are always some gangbanger guy going "Wut da fuuuuck!" Mark my words, nearly every time.
For some reason I can't snipe worth **** in this game, yet yesterday, I went back to CoD4 and used the M40A3 and went 17-0 the first game I played. Maybe it's just that almost all the maps (save Showdown and Wet Work) piddle all over the maps in MW2 or the fact that there isn't any Thermal, Noobtube abuse, Commando, camping for killstreak rewards, or any other bullshit that dumbed down MW2 for me. Regardless, I have an insane amount of fun playing CoD4. <3
I dont understand how ninja defusing can work. I mean when I arm a bomb, I get to the spot I want, and just watch the bomb plant area. I'll throw grenades or C4 and stuns at it to make sure nobody is there.
honestly, it isnt that dumb to watch entrances. and sometimes, people only look for changes in the bomb area, instead of actually looking.
Thats why I put the /irony because it is actually smart to look at entrances to the bomb, but you don't realize someone is already at the bomb, laughing as he defuses it.
I've grown fond of sabotage, wait for the "Kill" marker to appear above your "Defend" marker, then hit the c4 button. Go to the dead body, use scavenger to get more c4, re-plant, repeat. Definitely fun.
The only gametypes I usually play are Core Team Deathmatch, Demolition and the occasional S&D. I get quite annoyed in S&D when the bombs armed, I'm dead and my team pays no attention to it.
Hey guys, I just joined a party and played about three games, but somehow this party was hacked and everyone's player speed was like 5 times regular then normal. Everyone used the default knifing class and it was crazy. Thoughts?
I haven't managed to join any of those games when I've managed to get my copy of the game working. I'd say it's one of the hacks that showed up after IW did the most recent patch. It still doesn't seem as bad as other hacks I've heard about, infinite AC-130 usage for example.
I got in the speedy one earlier today. I actually found it quite fun. Dont knife though, use akimbo G18's lol. they fire so fast that speedy people will be dead before they cross the screen. I put scavenger on too so It worked great.
In the short amount of time I've had to play the game post-patch I haven't managed to join any of those games, Thankfully. I'd much rather run around normal speed playing properly than running 5x faster knifing any unlucky person who decided to stop for a split second.
