Well, whats the point of prestiging? Whats so fun about gaining all these things then to lose all, only to regain them back again?

I could understand if prestiging gave players more health, or more bullet damage, something other than, more custom classes! *Gasp!*

Eventually you wont be able to prestige again, so Im not prestiging again. The inevitable will happen.

Exactly :p. I've been going for triple/multikills with weapons for my montage, so i thought i'd try the striker and on the first game on skidrow iusing it, got 2 triples and a multi. Awesome.

Took the words out of my mouth. But I haven't prestiged yet though... I know, it is disgraceful.

I've been testing out the Barrett lately. I spoilt myself using Thermal sight on the Intervention. Basically, I'm getting my sniper skills back.

And I got the most ****in awesome multikill eva. Four guys were camping the trench just outside the bunker on Wasteland. I threw a random Semtex grenade over the hedge things, and it got me a multikill. I lol'd

I have two XBL accounts. My main is Level 70 (non prestiged) my secondary is level 39 non prestiged. I like all the stuff I have on my main but I also want to prestige like everyone else so I decided to consider my 2nd account a prestige account. :3

Yeah, but that costs money! Why not just take a deep breath and prestige? You'll have regrets, but at least you won't feel completely bored. There is no incentive, no shiny new toy once you reach x level or x kills.

Well, I every year I get around 100 dollars in birthday money. I will always buy a 12 month with it and every year I will renew my main account. I used my Xmas money this year to buy another account :3

    Its an endless cycle.

Well still, you use money, and another person reading this may not have enough money, but has the same dilemma (to prestige or not to prestige), and this might help him a bit.

Good point. To be honest, if it wasn't for me getting Fall Camo on my MP5k, I would've prestiged a LONNNNNGGGG time ago. I just do not want to have to go through all the work to get it again. :<

ya same. I dont want to get fall camo on the intervention and barrett again. Especially not when i'm so close to the 2500 kill mark.

Since I've been to lv 70 twice now, I'm just going to prestige over n over till I catch up with some friends and then get to lv 70. I am using different weapons this time though.

What's the point of sitting at a level? It's like in Pokemon where nobody would restart because they didn't want to loose their precious progress. Just man up, restart, and you get to play through it again. It's infinitely more fun, I don't buy a game to show people how good I am, I buy it to have fun. Who really cares about Fall camo or any of that anyway?

One reason prestiging is great is because you get to re-cycle through the ranks, and try out the guns again. Each time i prestige, i get to fall in love with each of the assault rifles. And generally, i think my game has improved because i understand how to use more of the weapons, and can anticipate some ones logic when they use that weapon, because i have too! If i hadn't prestiged, i'd probably never have even touched the M4A1, the striker, the MP5K, the RPD, etc.etc.

So am I my friend, so am I.

I was quick-scoping with my Barrett yesterday. THE GUN DOES NOT SHOOT ONE HIT ONE KILLS!! WHAT TEH EFF?!
Although, I got some nice kills yesterday. Still trying to learn how to "Jump into cover-look up, go back into cover, look up, go back into cover, etc. etc. QUICKLY" By the way, I think Fall looks freaking BEAST on the Intervention and MP5K (Which I love oh so much).

Off-Topic : Also, I started playing up my PS3 yesterday, I WAS OWNING PEOPLE AT BC2. I wanted to get MW2 for my PS3, but mai mummuh said no. ):
EVEN THOUGH I HAVE LIKE 50 OTHER DOUBLE GAMES (PC and Xbox 360 (INCLUDING CoD4, W@W, Fallout 3, etc.) Btw, for those Microsoft Fanboys, the PS3 doesn't suck. I like both consoles. I mean, what sucks - other than the controller - about the PS3? It's got blu-ray, and all the best games are cross-platform, except maybe Bioshock 1 and Mass Effect, but most of the others are cross-platform.

Well, I think prestiging is pointless, I don't find it more fun to start all over again. Its also not just about siting in one level, its more fun gaining the things you worked so hard for and showing them off.

My idea of fun is Killing and Winning. If I ain't winning, I ain't having fun...

Your quick-scoping is probably off. If you don't shoot the Chest or above it isn't a one shot kill.

    Akimbo Deagles > Akimbo Magnums

Akimbo Deagles are a pain in the ass to get, but Akimbo isn't affected by the Deagle's recoil, so it's all in all worth it.

Deagle kills in 2 shots w/ or w/out SP, mostly 3 w/out, Magnums tend to kill in 3-4 shots, w/ or w/out (at least from my experiences).
