I typically slapped on ACOG on that little gun. Everyone told me I was crazy, but the scoreboard didnt.
im gonna fall camo every gun. and get all attachments excepty extented mags. i hate FMJ kills... the only gun ive ever mastered is the intervention.
I read that a silenced sniper without stopping power doesn't kill with one head-shot. Is that true? if so, rofl.
Depends on what sniper. I don't think the intervention will. Ima go try it. Also, I straight up pwn with akimbo magnums. Turning a corner, if you have a quick trigger finger, magnums will destroy a guy with a shotgun, even the aa12, first cause they usually try to aim down the sights, and second, they fire off really quickly. Only bad things is that akimbo'd, they only have like a five yard radius, lol.
Any sniper rifle kills with one shot to the head, even with silencer and no stopping power. What sucks though is you can't get one-shot kills with the .50 cal with silencer and stopping power. I guess the silencer kills the sniper rifle's killing power... I can't believe people actually used acog scope in CoD4, its to confusing for me to use. Its a lot easier to use in MW2.
Hitting the torso (and obviously, head) with a silenced, stopping power pro Barret kills, OHK. Trust me, I've spent my whole third prestige with it. Arms, legs and pelvic area sometimes doesn't, tho.
Any Sniper without stopping power and a silencer is a double shot to the head. I was helping a friend get his last nuke ( he had 7 his last prestige, just wanted the title) and he had a silenced intervention with coldblooded. Took 2 headshots.
I still don't believe it would take 2 headshots with any sniper rifle to kill someone. Maybe in Fallout 3, where the enemies have 5 inch steel protection in their heads but not in MW2... I swear I could be using a full conditioned mini-gun, aiming all shots to the head, and the enemies will still live...
what is your advice on silenced assault rifles? which is best in your opinion? i need a stealth class.
I'd go with the FAL. It does great with ammo conservation, it can take down enemies with 2 shots at minimum, 3 at max. I couldn't find a weapon that would allow me to create a good stealth class with both power and enough ammo. So for now, my stealth class has a silenced FAL with holograhic sight, silenced usp .45 with tactical knife, tactical insertion, 2x flash bangs, cold-blooded, ninja pro. I think im going to try the ACR because i really need that scavenger pro for the ammo. The ACR is a pretty accurate weapon so I don't think I'll need a scope or any red dots for it...
Did they change the recoil of the F2000 because with the iron sights, it has almost none now. And I got an update two days ago but only one of my friends got it as well while 6 others didn't. Anyone know what up with that?
To be honest, if you want a stealth class a silenced SMG would be a lot better. I usually use my stealth class (UMP.45/P90 Silenced with Marathon Pro, Cold Blooded Pro, Ninja Pro) because when i'm using my Stealth class i'm usually playing with the objective in mind. (Search and Destroy) and i'm clearing out a building or the area around a plant site and with SMG's I am less likely to take long range pot shots.
M4 with silencer n coldblooded is great, it has decent range, tons of power, and it's got good Iron sights so you can use scavanger pro = hold the trigger.
AK47 silenced high power, decent accuracy, good rate of fire, but you have to take the time to unlock it.
riot shield and akimbo silenced pp2000s are the way to go, the shield has your back like a buttcrack, and the pp200s are decently accurate. another option, if you dont want to use bling pro, is a silenced TMP instead of the pp2000s.
Sometimes on Favela I've been on some of the roofs and shot towards the roof with the garden on it and wondered why I hadn't gotten the kill.. so I investigated. The roof with the plants on it has Bullet-proof plants! try it out yourself. If you try and shoot someone through the plants you cannot hit them..
