Spoiler You get legion during the Reaper IFF mission. As for that... Two ish missions remain, I do believe: The loyalty mission for Legion, and the Suicide Mission. Oh... and You could call the mini missions where you play as someone you wouldn't expect.
Best...game...ever. I lost two people though in the final mission, I was like "WTF!" I did all the loyalty missions and all the upgrades and everything. Spoiler I even sacrificed the crew by not going to get them sooner, so that I would be more prepared. I was planning to bang Kelly too...noooooooooooooooo! In terms of people I chose... Spoiler Vents: Legion (Died: Got shot in the head in cutscene...lame) First Leader: Samara (Survived) Shields: Jack (Survived) Second Leader: Samara (Died: Bullet to the chest...guess she didn't get lucky twice) Escort: Zaeed (Survived, surprisingly) Squad Members: Miranda and Jacob all the way through. So Legion and Samara kicked the bucket...seemed a bit unfair, especially Legion, I though he was a tech specialist? Oh well, I'm going to play the whole thing all over again and make sure I don't make the same mistakes I did last time. The whole game that is, not just the final mission
You can only have one love interest. Kelly's a strange "love" interest, as you can only have dinner with her, but as far as I'm aware you can't have sex with her at all. Tali would be easiest, seeing as how you are already good friends. My guess (although I could be wrong) is that you chose mostly paragon choices with her. I've chosen plenty of neutral and "renegade" dialog to let her know that I'm not interested in her. I think whoever you have the best relationship with going into the final mission will be the one you bang.
Pretty much. You'll get to a certain point with your love interest that you only repeat the same dialogue and there's nothing new despite whatever non-suicide mission you may take. That's when you know. Once you embark on the final mission, Joker announces that you have a few hours until everything's set and ready to go. Set, game, and bang is what'll happen in those two hours...if you played your cards right. Giggity. EDIT: A fully upgraded sniper rifle stacked with an evolved adrenaline rush is godly. I prefer the semi-automatic sniper rifle over the bolt action. I chose the heavy sniper rifle which is kinda a waste against regular foot soldiers, but awesome against heavy soldiers like geth primes and biotic husks. The mass effect and collector gun are my favorite heavies. The mass effect one is almost too powerful. Only the thresher maw and endgame boss can survive more than one hit.
Completed it a couple of hours ago. Woah. I lost half my squad, due to only a few upgrades, and a couple of loyalties, but I saved before I entered the omega relay, so I'm going to do the loyalties and upgrades, and use a guide to get the 'all survive' achievement. Oh yeah, what a story. I'd read the prologue book and played the first one, so I knew pretty much EVERYTHING. I also read the codex entries. If there is anything that I could say was dissapointing about the game, it would be the hacking mini-game, because sometimes the first piece is at the top and disappears before you can select it, and the end boss was a little lame, but that's it. Best campaign I've ever played on the xbox, some really good twists. Hyped for the third one.
Just finished the game. Kept every squad member alive my first time through. End boss was cool, but slightly disappointing in difficulty. This is probably my favorite game of all time. I'll start my second playthrough as a renegade adept either tonight, or tomorrow. I. Love. This. Game.
You can do the naughty with Kelly if you got to the point of having dinner with her in your cabin and then have no other love interest and have her survive after the suicide mission. This was my plan, it backfired, she's now reaper juice... Yeah the Widow Sniper is godly but a waste on infantry. It would've been really handy if you could've had two snipers at a time, like give up one of your other weapon slots to accomodate it. It would've actually made sense to do that as well; when you can choose an extra weapon skill or get an improved weapon of an existing skill, it should have put the new weapon in the spare slot where the extra weapon skill would have gone. Oh well, I still loved Infiltrator!
I've seen videos of taking her up to your cabin. There you can have her sit on your lap, lay with you in bed, and have her give you a lap dance, but no sex.
Just beat the game. My thoughts : OMFG I CAN'T WAIT FOR ME3!! But, this does give me time to finish ME1 ... I did think that the ending was a bit.. easy? I didn't start any relationships unfortunately, I wanted to see Miranda's boobs. ); Oh well, I'm starting a new character, with a different job this time. Might be an Adept, I was an Infiltrator and didn't like it that much, I only used Incinerate and very rarely did I ever use Cloak. Also, has anyone ever noticed that Illusive Man smokes from his chin, and his cig. is always sharp? Even then, I have a problem with Illusive Man's eyes! They freak me out. I'm sad that you can't actually buy armor and weapons and the like, but nonetheless, it was still a very fun game. I love the beginning, he's just all calm and collected. EDIT : [PROTIP] Go to Joker and ask him how everything is in the cockpit. He'll usually give you funny stories.
And then EDI says, "Probing Uranus." There's tons of little easter eggs in this game. Apparently, if you stand in front of Legion and don't talk to him, he does the robot.
Don't know if anyone else got it, but I got what appears to be a spam message: "From: Mister Ganak ej'hal, Esq Dear Sir or Madam, Having consulted with my colleagues at the Citadel, I have the privilege to request for your assistance to transfer a large quantity of Prothean technology uncovered at Ilos. Believing these materials to be a hazard danger, they were locked in quarantine. Even though the tests revealed that the fears were groundless, the quarantine remains in effect until one can pay for a permit to request a reclassification from the cultural ministry. Knowing of your interest in Prothean technology, I would be happy to deliver most of it into your hands, keeping less then half for myself. As a batarian I cannot engage in Council official activities, but if you transfer the 20,000 credits required to me, this exchange could be made in your name, enabling us both to profit from this happy accident. Please reply urgently with your credit transfer account information, Best regards, Ganak Ej'hal" BTW, Cloak/Sniper is very effective
i dont like the way scanning works, it says depleted when there still stuff on there. also, Spoiler lol at the joker sequence
Scanning is probably the drawback to this game, but it is a lot better than roving around in that damned vehicle from the first game, and if you try hard enough you can see some fun in holding down the left trigger until your finger aches... What are the classes you guys are using? I'm on my first play through, using the Engineer class. In the first game, I mostly used the heavy pistol (so I'm not bothered by that) and the unique powers are fun. I'm not very far though (I've gotten Jack and Mordin) so the powers feel a bit week, but I feel like it's a class that will pay off in the long run.
Spoiler Yeah, that basically sums it up alright. Level 3 in my new game! YEAH >=D EDIT : X5, Get Archangel. NAO.
