I don't know about you guys but I hate when guys talk about MW2 at school, I personally love the game, but I just can't stand hearing guys like orgasming because they killed that guy with a predator missile, and how they think they're ****ing hot **** because they can run around with akimbo models, even though they still suck like no other. Oh, another pet peeve about my agony with people at school is, when it's a Monday and they talk about a game they played on Friday night, seriously how do you remember a specific game, three days past, sometimes I don't remember what the hell I did the day before. /endrant
There is a lunch table next to me and my friends (One is wood wonk) and they talk about COD with a teacher. Its so wierd. Whenever they start, our table goes silent. We are just like WTF.
I will occasionally talk about cod to my friends. Not all the time, but when we need a conversational topic. I <3 sniping nao. Ima beast.
This game is getting progressively more retarded. It's turning into everyone using nothing but the FAMAS or M16 and one shotting people with Stopping Power, or people who just sit and camp while sniping anyone that goes in one specific area, or just being a ****** and running around with a tactical knife or Care Package marker, or people who exploit Danger Close Pro and One Man Army Pro with a Noob Tube and RPG. When I went into Free For All today to warm up, every lobby I joined was people using an M16, Car Package Marker/Knife Class, and Nuke boosters. It's getting really ****ing old. The worst thing that CoD4 had was Juggernaut and Martyrdom. Also, I got some friends together to try a game where everyone played just a normal game of Free For All with the normal settings but we honor ruled everyone to not use Stopping Power. Surprisingly, the kids I know that usually just use the M16 weren't doing as well as they usually do. Maybe because they couldn't KILL INSTANTLY IN ONE ****ING BURST. One final note: The joining a game in progress system is abysmal. Every game I join my team is losing by a large margin and the fact that over 3/5 of the games I've played today ended with ****ing nukes because I join right before someone gets the last kill for one.
I tried it and it wasn't very fun in my opinion.. I started the game on highrise and me and my first teammate die by an rpg. I'm watching another guy and he gets noob tubed. Then another guy walks around a corner and some1 is camping with an aa12, and finally.... The last guy gets killed by another rpg from about 200 feet away when it exploded on the wall. I Immediately quit after that.
All the G's in my class always scream at each other whether the PS3 or 360 is better, screaming in homeroom. Welcome to my world.
I went around with claymores yesterday on all my offensive classes. So much fun creeping up on a camper and setting a claymore right behind them.
I've become a beast at quickscoping. And I hate when you get killstreaks, and as soon as that happens it's game over.
Oh, don't get me wrong. I love playing this game. It's the *****, skill-less tactics and guns that other people use that piss me off. On another note, I mastered the ACR today. Got 40 FMJ kills in two games. I went 24 and 2 the first game and 36 and 7 the second. I absolutely love this gone with FMJ and Scavenger. My recent sidearm ive been growing attached to is the TMP. It reminds me so much of the Skorpion and it's like having a pocket SMG with perfect accuracy and able to kill in a full clip quickly with a quick reload. Scavenger really makes it shine as well. I cannot wait til I get ExMags for it <3
the weapons you just described can just as easily be classified as *****, skill-less tactics, and guns. I agree with the philosophy in your rant and there are noobs out there, i just don't agree with the pages you're on. my philosophy is that there are ***** players and those who use bullshit tactics. I strive to make it so there's one less of those. i try to stay away from heartbeat sensors, dual shotguns, noob tubes, sights, and things of that nature. I challenge myself at all times. where the head butted for me was that i'm an avid m16 user. it's not a cheap one hit kill weapon, it's all about aiming. even with stopping power you need all 3 shots to hit the torso, i can't tell you how often kills get away from me due to only hitting with one or two. ANY one hit m16 kill could easily be a quick kill with an acr. And with your take on snipers: it is what it is and some people only do that(which is lame), but those snipers create hot spots essential to mw2 gameplay. You gotta know em, and you have to stay out of them as much as possible. It wouldnt be mw2 without them.
