Im guessing that they had people with missile pods and hornets shooting at the warthog at the same time, you would need a lot of people for that. I had an idea similar to this, but it involved 15 people with rocket launchers, and one guy with a plasma pistol.

 

Modded map/dev-mod, im sure modded content is not allowed on forgehub?
That or there is 15 people shooting MP's but there looks to be more...

 

you would need mods to have 15 regular missile pods on a map.

Modded content isn't allowed to be downloaded (so pretty much no posting modded maps/gametypes). Pictures cannot be downloaded via computer and Bungie doesn't really mind screenshots of modded content (different from modded screenshots).

 

Or change the map data so rockets, snipe bullets, basicly anything that can be shot can be shot when a game starts, i seen a few of these maps before...
