unless you are more than 15 feet away. Granted, the spas had good range for a shotgun, but it shouldn't be a weapon you use like a primary.
RPG is dominating matchmaking lately, or for what at least I see. Once I get back to the level it's unlocked I'm definitely whipping it out. RPG isn't the only gun that's become popular since the release. I'm kind of glad to see more variety in people's classes now rather than just the weapons used post release.
I'm finding myself to use different weapons since I've prestiged, instead of the same old ones i'd always use in cod4
Exactly, me too. Since I've reached my second prestige I've left the 'Nuke crazy' mood, drifted away from the average kill streaks, started using more tactical ones, and picked up sniping alot. I love to use an EMP, or Emergency Airdrop. Plus, I've really gotten skilled in sniping the past weeks, and become fond of the thermal scope. I really enjoy quick-scoping, as hard as it is. And now I've picked up dual magnums, or tactical knifes. I also used the Semtex since the first day, but since I went back to SnD I picked up claymores, and damn. Great equipment piece. Just using different styles of weapons, kill streaks, and equipment has opened even more doors in this game for me.
Oh God, I've raged numerous times due to the AT4's. I feel that they should be used to shoot down aircraft, and feel like a douche for dieing by one. But I just say that out of anger, they are very good.
LMG's still rape a bit too much. What would have been a realistic handicap would be adding a bit of a delay (made smooth through animation) for reloading and firing.
I've been confused since day one why SMG's even unlock a thermal. I'm no one to call people people noobs, but when I do come across someone sporting it, I can't help but laugh.
This is the secondary for my sniper class, and I use it frequently. How ever, I use a red dot sight for it, and it's awesome. When I'm trying to get to a sniper spot and need to go through much tight spaces, it rocks the other team. Anyway, I seem extra pro at getting first blood. I'm so clutch at the beginning.
Until you get killed by it. Try it out and be different. It's actually pretty damn fun, albeit completely impractical. It's actually not that difficult once you learn how to manage the recoil and aiming. Holding breath only works for the first bullet on every gun with thermal (a **** up on Infinity Ward's part) but it's actually easier to hit someone with it because you just have to aim for the white and Stopping Power can do the rest (unless they have Cold Blooded. Even then, you wouldn't switch to Cold Blooded because of a flippin SMG with Thermal, right?) I'd advise trying it out. It's only 20 kills with ACOG attached to get and even then you can just hipfire twenty SMG kills and then give it a go.
Im pretty sure that in this game you have to actually be looking through the ACOG scope in order to get the challenge. You cannot simply spray with the weapon while having the ACOG equipped.
I made a random class and it works really well somehow. FAMAS Red Dot Sight Shotgun Attachement (oh yes I did) Blue Tiger Camo x2 Stun grenade x1 Frag grenade Bling Pro Hardline Commando Pro Painkiller Predator missle Harrier Airstrike Stealth Bomber
Silenced Tar Fall camo Striker (shoots much further after the update) 2 Stuns 1 Semtex Ninja Pro Stopping power Pro Seight of hand pro Predator Harrier CG
FAMAS Red Dot/Silenced Fall Camo M9 Tactial Knife/Silenced Semtex Smoke Bling Pro Cold Blooded Pro Ninja Pro Predator Missle Harrier Stealth Bomber
WHAT THE ****. I just used matchmaking and found a seemingly normal game of domination on invasion. When I started to play, the sprint speed was so fast, that you could easily run across the entire map in 2 seconds.
Yep, the fast sprint mod. Sweeping the servers. Youtube it if you wanna see more. Funny how much I like this game/hate it. As good of a job IW did making it, they did a terrible testing it.
