Halfway Completed. Over15K

Basically if anyone were to actually do this they'd be making this decision:

"Hmm... Either the perfect way to ruin my social life, or a decent used car... Hmm... **** it, who needs a social life?"

 

It looks like a nice fantasy.. but why do you need 4 tv's, 7 controllers, 2 xbox's and 2 mics? And you'd need a fairly large desk to fit all of that on it..

 

If this was for playing games then i'd cut half that out. Get a couple of 21" tv's, some cheap xbox's and a router. Then make your own desk so you can sit on both sides and have TV's in the middle. Lan party.

That would cost like $1500 at the most, leaving you plenty of money to spend on crack and hookers, or whatever you kids do these days...

 

A decent used car? You could get a decent new car for 15k.

It needs a built in microwave and fridge. I mean, come on. If you're gonna go all the way, you need to be able to remain in front of it for days at a time.

 

Why would you need all of that stuff? What are you going to use your desk for? Sounds like Lanning, but the price and most of the components are ridiculous amount of money. If you are comfortable and can afford all of those components then go ahead. With me, most of it sounds like a waste.

 

My thoughts exactly..

 

Giant waste of money, just to increase the amount it's worth. Overall, it'd be cool to have but....totally pointless, even if you're a ridiculously hardcore gamer. If you're going for an xbox LAN setup, you may want to take a look at the setup they have at the Str8 Rippin house.

Yeah, no kidding, haha. But to the topic at hand, the setup's about as good as you get in terms of LAN. Though they need some better chairs.
