Well they can finish a patch as fast as they want, Microsoft still needs to approve it, which can take a week or two.

Don't worry there is an easy fix for most cases. Lets say you kill mister -8billion exp. If you are not at the very end of the match, dashboard out. Finally dashboarding is used for good!

Anyone else thinking that infinity ward should have had a public beta? These glitches are getting a bit obnoxious unless that XP thing is a mod.

The XP mod is called boosting, and riot shield boosting is the most common form.

Le sigh, sorry folks, but whenever I hear about these glitches I think of 12 year olds trying to be cool and causing suffering to other people. Almost like some psycho people get off on killing things smaller than them. If I had it my way, these types of people would be banned from using the internet.

I got a triple kill in the round winning killcam in the first search and destroy game I played today. It was awesome.

It was on Favela. I was a sniper, and the last one left on the defensive side. They just planted the bomb and at 'B' and I was at 'A'. I thought it would be a good idea to scope out the area first, so I darted to the rooftop of the long building. I scoped in towards the objective and spotted two guys still there. I didn't hesitate or anything, I just reacted and pulled the trigger once the crosshairs centered on the guy. The other guy ran for cover, and I thought he was the last guy was left, so I ran down the rooftop, almost about to jump down to the barber shop to intercept him, but then I spotted a second guy who was running through the barber shop and the teal blue building. I quickly scoped in and fired. Then, as I was about to jump down into the barber shop to clip that last guy, the third guy ran up the stairs and started for the doorway, which scared me. I scoped in and fired, and I was rewarded with a lucky headshot.

I realized my heart was racing, probably from the excitement I guess. I don't know how long I took from start to finish, but it was pretty quick, like ten or fifteen seconds. Everybody else in the game was like "Daaaaamn...."

How is giving someone negative experience boosting? that seems more like a glitch? I understand getting a lot of experience is boosting but I don't see making others lose it as boosting.

So apparently no one in 3rd person tactical thought of using scav/claymore with their run and gun class which I've been using for a few days. I was destroying people with it. Now every game I join in 3rd person tactical has someone using the claymore class. I know I'm not the first person to use the class, but it seems now it has become more mainstream in tactical.

ive found a number of amazing spots for camping and sniping, but the more i use them, the less effective they become, even with different groups of people as people figure it out. It happens with all strategies/setups.

Surprisingly enough I've encountered quite a few people now using the Sitrep Perk which I previously thought to be useless. However, they don't get blown up by my claymores. :( Good stuff though, I like when people adapt.

well it is pretty useless except in 3rd person tactical i suppose. I mean why have that when you can have Ninja Pro or Commando Pro? Besides, after sniping alot, ive realized that the claymores i set almost never kill people. Its even the same when i run into a claymore. It usually doesnt kill me, just makes my screen red.

I've been making use of C4 recently and it works out better for situations I'm more likely to be in. Plus there isn't a grenade indicator when I toss it at people so they don't suspect it's coming. My favorite instance with C4 was on Invasion. (I use C4 on my quick scoping class). I quick scoped a guy and ran into the cafe since some one saw me and proceeded to shoot. I could have siwtched to my side arms, but I was already hurt so I probably would have died. Anyways I run in turn around an toss the sucker right at the door and double tapped x. It was hilarious and awesome. Stupid noobs. The Idiot could have just shot me through the cafe window, but he decided to chase me instead.

It must be the positioning I place them in, because eight times out of ten I get a kill with them. In tactical there are a lot of objectives for people to be at. I usually have my claymores between me and my enemy and I pretty much lure them into the claymores and/or they are too focused on the objective and run into them anyway. It is quite fun.

I get claymore kills a lot also. I just put them at one of the multiple chock-points on maps and I make sure they can't see it from their spawn and its very close to an object so it can be mistaken as something else.

placing them in open spaces always seems to work, but placing them on stairs or blocking passage in an enclosed space almost never works. I can just be running around and place one and i always get a kill. I'm just speaking of strategically placed claymores. But yes, for that purpose, i agree. Scavenger and claymores can be very potent against the unwary.

If anyone here has netflix, watch Season 2, Episode 13 of Futureweapons. It shows the AC-130 and the Intervention. The real things are so much more kickass. In real life, the Intervention is the best sniper rifle in the world. So much for the Intervention vs Barrett discussion.
