Remixing the pre-DLC halo 3 weaponsets

    True, although in game, it might not be the case. However, I can't really say how it will work since I never tried that. Just expressing concern. I'd keep track of if that happens though while testing.

    Does it matter If more than one person does construct. I have some pretty good ideas for that map.

    Also, I'd be willing to try out narrows.

    Do whatever you want, and whatever variant seems to work better we will try it out.. my version of construct is going kinda roughly.. so i would say work on a version of your own.

    and please do a narrows version.. idk if G043r was planning on doing it but i was having a hard time figuring it out, so please do!

    What do you have on it?

    dont worry G043r helped me out and its now near completion. Should be ready by the end of the weekend.

    Don't be afraid to share what you thought here... they will produce something you didn't think as well. Tell us.... lol.

    Do what ever you think is possible Bread I wondered if people competition would speed up the process. We can have X amount of people trying to improve these maps. WE are no way going to find an perfect change but at least something fresh and fun.

    I am not going to touch narrow... I merely threw out a few ideas, if you didn't get mine I can produce pictures. IF you lazy look up Aesthic maps Iron bubble, Nixaguy made something that is what i was thinking of.

    I put in that teleporter system that you thought of G043r.
    For others: There is now a teleporter system from either base leading to the sword room so now it is much less campable, The teleporter also does block line of sight as I have placed it in a very sneaky way. Other things include duel spikers where needlers spawn (make you happy G043r) and I removed the mongooses as they were useless

    I'm curious as to your power weapons on the map? Mind sharing what you have with those, if any at the moment.

    I'm kinda glad the Needler was moved. I always hated getting spammed with needles at the beginning of the game.

    on the pit??

    i was never attacked with the needler... oh i guess thats only if your going for rockets huh? i usually go for invisibility.

    anyways did everyone hear about G043R's play-test tomorrow? 6 PM EST i believe.. i may be on if a little late

    ooh cool a map! that would be nice.. you just used a heatmap?

    it looks great, my only complaint would be the excess of short-ranged weapons.

    and i have one question.. the inclusion of the grav lift?

    other than that, very well done. i can't wait to play test it.

    I put the grav lift in because it can be used to destroy the staircase up to the top levels and can adhere a ghost movement. I just realized myself that I forgot to put in some more close range weapons so I'll do that later.

    He's saying there are too many short ranged weapons, not that you need more of them.

    A Sword, Shotgun, and Gravity Hammer? That seems like overkill to me. Especially with the Maulers in such close proximity to the Sword and Hammer.

    my bad sorry I read it the wrong way. Uh... I'll see what I can do.

    Just brainstorming here:
    - Remove grav hammer or replace sword with grav hammer?
    - Relocate maulers?
    - Add some ARs

    sure add some AR's, though on slayer they usually spawn with them..

    my suggestion, remove the sword, and either keep the grav hammer where it is or put it where you have sword now. a grav-hammer would be a good anti-vehicle.

    oh and as for the grav lift, i thought that was a permanent grav lift not an equipment lol. good idea

    alright cool I get onto that soon. I reckon once Ive added some ARs and swapped the sword for grav hammer it will be ready. Maybe also move maulers, I think I know where I could move those to.

    Why don't you put Plasma Pistols down in the base? It helps counter the Ghost, and adds a little bit to the map.

    agreed, it seemed to work well for me and-OSHI!!

    i forgot about playtesting tonight :( sorry i was pretty busy with a school event anyways..
