Sandbox Disposition

    this was a very well made map. the only problem i had was once one team got control of the top middle. you spawned at bottom middle always. in fact the same spot. and i was just getting picked off because they had upper advantage.

    Cowboy pickle has a point. After a few more team slayer matches, I found it difficult to regain control of the middle after the other team got it. Perhaps a man-cannon at the bottom of those tubes would help, but it could mess up CTF. Hmm...

    I'm having a test on Sunday to see if having mancannons is a good idea. I hope that it will work to fix this problem you guys are having.

    V6 is up.

    Today's test went OK. The mancannons worked really well. I don't know why I was so against the idea earlier. The oversheild was respawning a little too quickly for my liking, so I set it back to 180.

    Darn, wasn't able to make it. So the tests went well, sounds like. The only problem I might find with the man-cannons would be that you don't have that escape-chute as the flag carrier. Can't wait for the new version to be released, I'll review the map again and look for possible changes.

    well, actually you do. the man cannon is as far back against the chute as it can go. All you have to do is land on the front side, and you're good to go.

    Gotta agree that the left added worked very well. Flag and all the other gametypes work well, my favorite thing to play on it is FFA, i got an awesome killtacular in testing today :)

    sorry if this is bumping but i saw this maps concept when i first joined and absolutely loved the idea but saw nothing since... its only that i saw Xang's nomination in feature maps that i've seen this thread. I've downloaded this because it looks sheerly amazing.. Hopefully, i can have a few games on it next weekend :)

    Absolutely fantastic. I saw this on the Forge Hub Favorites poll and I had to say how awesome it was on your thread. Going through the underworkings of each base in CTF is a stroke of genius, and something I'll definitely have to incorporate into some of my maps somehow. It feels like a better version of Construct, in some respects. Either way, this earning my DL and a nice bump.

    Before you think this is bumping, know that I consider this an important update.

    First off, I need to thank everyone who has made this map a success, namely, all of the testers, and everyone who nominated and voted for the map in FH favorites. You guys rock!

    Due to its high reception, I'm finally confidant to submit the map to Atlas to be reviewed for Matchmaking. Go and show your support!

    Edit: After posting the map in Atlas, someone found a couple of issues with the map. So version 7 has been released. The dl link has been updated.
