Some of you may remember me talking about this map before and I know you all wanted pics. So I am going to post some pics of what I have done so far. I have not done much yet except blocking off certain areas and placing walkways and ramps. Round the circle: Back of map The new alley like area. Ramp from red spawn and ramp to use-to-be sniper spot. This entire base has been blocked off in the subtlest way possible. New tunnel/bridge area. The tunnel is accessible. View from blue spawn at tunnel and watchtower. Right at the back of the map. As you can see there is a lot of work to be. Th basic design is pretty much done, now I just need to add more cover, new structures and of course weaponry, gametypes and spawns. Hope you like. Please comment, criticize, suggest ideas, etc.
It's looking pretty good so far. I know it's pretty early on, but you did sone pretty good merging. I can't wait til it's finished.
you should hand make some bases in the corners. i like how the base is blocked off, very subtle. its all aesthetically pleasing, but the wood parts look unnatural to me. idk why, not a big deal at all. and i dont like the tunnel, how a big part is blocked off. you should avoid so much wood in one area, use different textures to block things off. one of the main reasons i like ghost town is because of all the textures at your disposal, you need to utilise them.
the bridges arent blocked off, they are just have LoS blockers. I understand what you mean though by using different textures.
No, the tunnel that is almost covered by the wood bridge. I don't like it. I'm just being harsh on the small things, not because I'm a map **** or amything, but the little dumb things look like all you haven't thought of yet. But what is the purpose of the almost blocked tunnel?
