Hey guys i pre ordered gta 4 a few weeks back now, and i just thought the other day. The gta games are about 1000 funner with cheats, and i am basically looking for achievements. So do you guys think they will let you get achievements once uve entered the weapon or whatever cheat. what do you guys think? oh yeah btw, i mean the normal singleplayer offline story mode for cheating, not the online play.
Well hopefully they will let you get achivements.. but i dunno.. well we will see when it comes out wont we?
Without cheats it wouldn't be GTA, and without achievements it wouldn't be an xbox title. Its got to have both or there shall be an interweb riot. I would guess that we won't be able to get achievements if we've entered cheats
If they do the achievement with cheats, I would be displeased. The most logical solution would be is once entered the cheats your game cannot be saved, nor can you unlock achievements. I forgot which previous GTA did the same thing.

I guess those might not be the achievements either.
i read that the same button codes from san andreas are still in the game they will have button cheats but i doubt u will get achievements with cheats on
personally i think it'd ruin it if cheats could be used for acheivements. Its not exactly acheiving if you use cheats to get there is it? I'm sure both will be in the game, just acheivements rendered impossible to do well cheats are on. I'm probably one of the only people who completed GTA 3, vice city and san andreas without the use of any cheats at all and i honestly felt better doing it that way.
