    Description
    Crosswise is forged on the ground level of Sandbox. It is a large scale asymmetric map with offset bases and many unique structures. There is a large emphasis on vehicle combat and heavy weapons, while still keeping ground combat fun. BR starts are preferred but not necessary.

    Is it ever really necessary too have that many vehicles? I mean 11???? I know how you said its emphasized of vehicle combat but I think it would just become cluttered and whoever has the best vehicle (hornet) will dominate the sky and the other vehicles playing bumper cars on the ground.
    The structures look pretty nice although it is very open and people will just be driving around and there won't be much combat like good and balanced BR battles. Just take these comments and the comments that follow into consideration...

    There are never that many vehicles on the map at a time. Several spawn only in either asymmetric or symmetric games. Trust me, the vehicles are balanced well.

    looks really cool, I like the squiggle thing on the defenders side. It adds uniqueness to your map. I also like how you used choppers. They dont seem very overpowered because of the amount of heavy weapons on your map. nice job 4.1/5

    I would criticize something but your map looks perfect. The vehicles are definitly ok and just fill the max number of vehicles for a map this size, and transport hornets are weak enough to work well on this. You might switch the hornet for a banshee on defenders assymetric since defenders have little need for hornet passengers. The only thing I dont like is the structures seem to lack some unifying theme aesthetically, but that's a small price to pay for a good map.

    No Hornet spawns for the Defender's asymmetrically, for exactly the reason you gave. And a Banshee would be too overpowering for the map and the Attacker's Hornet(in my opinion).

    Im just wondering why you added the squigly thing on this map becasue it really doesnt affect gameplay. It just sits there doing nothing. And yes I do not like maps with over 6 vehicles on it becasue almost everyone will be on a vehicle and then someone would just go get the lazer kill the enemys vehicles and then it would be unfair becasue of vehicles especially if they have to wait at least another minute in a half to get the next vehicle. Good map though expect a V2 hopefully

    I wouldn't really say it does nothing on the map. It provides cover, blocks sightlines, and blocks direct flightpaths for the Hornets. The Laser isn't the only means of taking out vehicles, each team has Rockets and Missile Pods(Symmetric). If a team is struggling against enemy vehicles, its their fault for getting themselves in that position. My suggestion to you would be to try and find out how gameplay actually is instead of just assuming what you think it would be.

    Some very unique structures and I can definitely see the vehicle influence.
    Looks enticing, (lol) I'll check it out in more depth soon enough.
    From what I can see it looks very well done; good job Padres and Spiderpig.
    Oh, and big structures + Hornets = Awesome. :)

    This map looks amazing, padres. The forging is perfect and the structures are awesome. The only thing is that it looks kind of opem. I know I've never played on it, so I can't really say much. Hopefully, we can get a game going sometime soon.
