I'm not sure he can answer you, he is being too dramatic right now. If you want an answer from the author, you can send a message to "JimboMonkey1234" he put all this together on Bungie.net. I think he put it there because marijuana is considered an illegal drug in the United States and since this is on the Bungie forums and they're based in the U.S. they consider it "wrong/bad"
