Your getting **** for making this. This Canvas is like handing me a Budget glitched canvas. It is great. If you don't like it don't use it. Also, make the drop pod power ups have never, then the stalker on run time minimum 1. Will that work?
They are all set to never respawn right now. If you can make that work for your class spawn, that would be great Remember that you can use mancannons and shield doors to send it nearly anywhere on the map. it'll just burn a bit of budget.
the hornet drop system or the drop pods? It would be quite easy to rebuild the hornet drop if you know what you are doing. Just make sure everything is precise and spaced correctly. If you decide to rebuild one for yourself, i recommend checking out ours to see how it is set up
Incorrect Urban.. The Hornet slowly floats down, it doesn't drop like the other vehicles. You can drop a hornet from any height and it will land nicely.
*Beware of falling radio towers and air vehicles!* Nice job though, I was thinking of starting an asset map and this makes everything so much easier. Thanks!
The radio doesn't actually fall into the map. It sits in the system for 20 seconds before it despawns lol. Good luck with your map!
Never mind my other comment, just tried and this works for getting the stalker on insta-respawn. I still don't think they should always be on instant respawn though.

yeah I meant the drop hornet system. It's perfect, and I don't know if I'll be able to get it aas good as your guys'...

Spoiler Working on a new asset map, I thought I would need the canvas, turns out I don't It's still a new concept that may or may not work, but anywho I started deleting the drop pods and hornet drop system and remembered the suggestion about trying to get the stalker on instant respawn. And guess what? It works. The drop pods don't get messed up.
I haven't played Asset yet (although it looks like a lot of fun), but after reading this comment yesterday I got to thinking that there was probably a way to make a six minute hornet drop in which the hornet's respawn timer wasn't relevant. Long story short, I got it to work. You know how a mancannon that doesn't spawn at start won't affect anything that spawned before it? Well, I used that property to have the hornet sitting right in the beam of a mancannon. Six minutes into the round, pieces of a broken pallet fall on the hornet, which "activates" the mancannon, and the hornet falls into the map exactly like before. The only difference is that if it blows up on the way down, a new one shows up ~20 seconds later. Anyway, I didn't want to post it without your permission, since I did nothing other than change the hornet drop, but if people/you're interested i can put it in my file share or something.
Could you host a TGIF next week, so that everyone could test out these asset maps? Because not many people can find enough players to have a good game of asset, everyone's glued to MW2.

It sounds pretty similar to the first system we tried which was too easy to set off with rockets from mid level
You would have to come up with a different system for the destroying the hornet because you don't have killballs but i bet you could still make it work
I imagine a Cliff being a cheaper solution of a kill ball. As for an object catching it as it falls. I would suggest a crate. As it is the only item that is movable on Avey.
Though that would limit you to building your map fairly close to one of the cliffs. I imagine you had planned to build it into the side of the mancannon hill or base...
