What do you think a Forerunner looks like?

Humans and Forerunner are the same species. Forerunner were just a much further technologically advanced race.

Probably humans because as humans ourselves we like to imagine those that are god-like to look like us.

I hope we get to see them in Reach.

 

Seeing as no one answered this I'll take it upon myself, Left and Right hands. What if you lost a hand and the flood where chasing you and you almost escape but a door is in the way that needs the hand you just lost. Unless you decided to pick-up your hand this would be a pretty big design flaw. So they invented a Lefty-Righty switch. If they had six fingers and needed all them the Chief wouldn't be able to activate the switches.

 

yeah im pretty sure theyre all dead, but if some were alive, im sure bungie would make them in halo 4/

 

Uhhh... Halo 4 is Halo: Reach which happens before Halo: Combat Evolved. So that won't happen.

And yeah, basically what Waddle Dee said, if bungie showed us a forerunner, it would suck 'cause there wouldn't be mysterious anymore.

Not to squash everyone's mystery about what forerunners look like, but that quote there says is all. Humans (or at least of branch of humanity from ages ago) are the Forerunners.

So, if you want to see what a forerunner looks like, like at Johnson, or Keyes (father or daughter), or yourself in the mirror.

 

No... Halo Reach is Halo Reach.... With that logic, then Halo ODST is Halo 4, Halo Reach would be Halo 5.

When I said Halo 4, I meant the next story after Halo 3...

 

Bungie is done with Halo after Reach

 

So...? Bungie could decide to make a game based on the Forerunners and what happened back then.

 

im not saying that wouldnt be cool, cause it would be. But Bungie is done with Halo after Reach

 

A game with the forerunners all in armor, where we cant see their heads or bodies, would be awesome. And at the end the main character would take off his helmet in the final cutscene, but then the camera shifts and blocks their head.

 

I cant remember where, but I did see an article after a game convention about Bungie announcing more after Reach. I wouldnt be surprised if it is true because the ending cutscene seems like a cliffhanger- they wouldn't just leave MC to rot in the middle of nowhere and Cortana is very important, they wouldn't want here to fall into the wrong hands...

 

More video games, yes. More Halo, no.

 

The Halo franchise is going to be headed by 343 Industries after reach, bungie will not be involved anymore, if there is a halo 4 it will come from microsoft and 343 Industries. reach is Bungie's last halo game

No, ODST was just an expansion. hence the title of Halo 3: ODST

so yeah, halo 4 is halo reach because ODST was an expansion
