Moscow halo mystery,Bizarre UFO spotted in Russia

But seriously, I don't know what it is or even if that's a UFO. It's odd, but it's not even moving across the sky.Just a big halo... Maybe the clouds in that halo-like region were spread thin so light was shining through more brightly than the clouds around it.
