Do I have to be in the 7 on 7th Playlist to do this? I have 7 Team Slayer EXP and it's not giving me the achievement. Nub question but, I don't feel good and this is the thing I was looking forward to today. ):
Yup. It has to be on the 7 on 7th playlist. Isn't it obvious? The name of the vidmaster is 7 on 7 and what other thing in Halo has to do with 7 on 7? DERP.
That's odd, I seem to remember getting mine about a year ago in MLG. I thought it was to "ENTER" a playlist with 7 exp, so try going in while you have 7 exp. *Edit* Yes, it is any playlist. Definition: Enter any ranked or social playlist with 7 exp on the 7th of the month.
The 7 on 7 playlist is just to help you with the vidmaster, it's not the only way, but it is the easiest.

it doesnt have to be ranked either. you have to get ur 7th exp in any playlist on the 7th of any month
Then why couldn't I get it? Am I just Glitched? Should I try getting another achievement and try again on the 7th of November?
It was, but then I changed it and was too lazy to change it on here. Bungie.net : Halo 3 Rank History There's my B.Net Stats, and as you can see it says "Team Slayer 7 xp"
It can be any playlist (i did skirmish) and you have to have 7 XP (not highest skill) also you don't need to play the game when you have 7 XP you just need to have it on your screen saying play game.
I somehow got mine when I entered the Bungie vs. The World playlist, and I had 0 exp. in it. I think it just glitched or something.
