dedicated server obviously but it really all depends on what you consider spam this forum is here to serve a purpose and provide it to its community, whereas other forums are for chatting and posting images and various tomfoolery so maybe in forgehubs eyes it is spam, but it really isnt you see when there arent a billion rules for everything then stuff just doesnt matter and everyone can have fun
