Who is getting ODST?

I pre-ordered it two weeks ago. But along with GameStop's annoying Game News coming to my Email, I've also got a bunch of "CREDIT CARD INVALID" notices from Xbox Live. Don't be surprised if I vanish over night... That'll be a sad sad day for me. Can people still download my files if I'm limited to Silver Membership?

I just got an email from GAME saying mine is "is waiting for authorisation and release for packing" which is one up from it just being "held as a Preorder".

Definitely getting it. Even going to the Midnight Launch Party my local Game Crazy is having. We may even get to play Firefight early, but no promises there.

ODST is going to be bananas!

The topic shouldn't be "Who is getting ODST?", it should be "Who isn't getting ODST". The thread may not be as active, but you know.

And yes, I am deffinately, and obviously getting ODST. I can say different for the hardcore MLG players that are so in love with the BR, that they wont get the game. I feel bad for the people that are going to miss a wonderful experiance though.

 

Preordered at gamestop, however, I doubt I'll use sgt. Johnson much. Hell, I could sell him for like $1000 on ebay to some little 12 year old in chicago who's too fat and lazy to preorder it.

 

I preordered like 6 months ago and im getting it the first day.

 

Around 3:30PM or 4PM on Tuesday, September 22nd, I will be playing Halo 3: ODST.

 

I preordered it and I am desperately looking for some people to FF with.

I will be completing the campaign first, so i wont be playing firefight right away.

 

I preordered it last week, and I'm getting it after school on Tuesday.

However, I am probably gonna pop in Halo 3 Mythic right away and check out the new maps and get the skulls before I play ODST XD

 

I'm getting it Tuesday, recovering my account onto my brothers Xbox, then staying up all night playing Firefight with people instead of just myself on my 'imported french version.'

 

I'm getting it but won't be able to play for a few weeks because I just got the RROD.

 

Pre ordered it about 3 months ago, getting on the 22nd after my tennis match, and then playing the heck out of it.

 

I HATE how it's a Tuesday. I LOVE that I don't go anywhere after school on Tuesdays.

When the come out with a Halo game on a Saturday I will praise Bungie and Microsoft forever.

 

It's almost like they don't want kids under 18 years of age to play their M-Rated game.

Plus aren't there a ton of people like 14 and 15 on the site playing Halo 3? Let alone every M-Rated game (GOW, Ninja Gaiden, etc.)? And it's RECOMMENDED for people above 18. Recommended means that parents should consider the game and it's population. Also it means that anyone under 18 has to have a legal guardian approve of them buying the game.

I got Halo 3 by walking into Gamestop while my mom was getting a haircut and I had a note and her Credit Card. They gave me Halo 3 (again).
