Can murder be justified? How should it be justified? How would it be punished? What are the morals of it? Are the law's views correct all the time? Why would someone do it? Discuss. (For the record, I did not make this because I killed someone.)
It depends how you kill them and who it is. You can't just murdere anyone for no good reason. I say if you have a good enough motive then it is acceptable.
When I say motive I mean like the guy/woman ruined your life or killed your family type motive. Im not saying kill them because you don't like them lol . You need a good motive something that directly affected you.
A guy kills your brother, you kill him, his sister kills you, your mom kills his sister, his dad kills your mom, your grandma kills his dog etc. Killing is never acceptable, I don't even think the death penalty is good (there are exceptions), life in prison is a big enough punishment.
I like justice and I don't think murder is acceptable for every situation but if someone did hurt my family I would kill them all. Prison doesn't do it for me if they are just going to kill agian in prison might as well take them out before hand. I do support the death penalty but it is to slow considering death row is backed a few years for each prisoners appeals. Texas is doing it right by putting a exspress lane on it.
So if someone was playing a ball game, and a member of your family wasn't playing attention, and they got hit by the ball, you'd go down and kill all the players?
Camel You're taking it way too far, I know what you are trying to say Sid, but If anyone can murder for their own personal reasons, people would try and stretch that rule into, well, camel's posts.
killing should never be the first thought on your mind to rectify a situation. But as with all things, there are exceptions. Even with the exceptions, I'd rather not let the exceptions get off free.
I agree with Sid, that if there is a GOOD enough Motive (Self - Defense, only motive I find acceptable unless you are defending your country, which is some term a "Self - Defense" And yes, there are random killings which I think should be dealt by, Death.
If a random person kills another random person, you wouldn't care all too much, but when you use personal revenge to serve as your own little justice, well... you're doing only what you see best, not what the majority sees best. If the majority says it's just, well then they're most likely correct... But they aren't correct all the time. So, it depends on the situation... But I think, for the most part, murder is wrong, and prison is good enough.
Well there are some problems even with that list. They put 18 year old guys that have sex with a 17 year old girl if the parents find out and sue them. its really messed up. They tried fixing this by putting in the highschool rule which is you can do it with anyone with in 3 years of you with out getting in trouble but some girls just try and get some guys in trouble I heard this and was like "this is ****ed up". So some people on the sex offender list are actualy not but some how got stuck in a loop hole.
@ Nor - Technically speaking, I was 15, and she was a bit over 16 when we first did our thing, so by our British political standards, my girlfriend is a paedophile. I'd rather you didn't have her killed please?

By the time the court denies all the appeals and or have solid evidence on you its pretty hard to be innocent with DNA saying your not. Also if you had seen them do something and you know they did it and may be they even admitted to it then yes they are not innocent.
