I think some of us are more hyped for this game because we have no idea what all of the details are, where in ODST, we know what of most it is.
Anyone else noticed the knife kill was on Fourzerotwo? What about the enemies always trying to attack the riot barrier guy? I wonder if the riot barrier is breakable.
I'd imagine that the Riot shield gets dominated by grenades, or takes up the same perk slot as the throw back one.
Man that is crazy one thing I noticed was at like 1:04 the guy get what looks like a Riot shield kill (Bottom left corner) so seems not all weapons use the same old knife kill.
At 1:13 I thought the image on the bottom banner looked like the heart-monitor attachment. Not sure what that would mean though. Also, in the top-right near the start of the video, you can see what is probably the guy's GT and.. weapon attachment? Also in that same spot you see something pop up that says "FNG" when he grabs the flag.
I'm not sure the reason, but I had a dream of me trying to kill a guy with a riot shield. I kept trying to run around a barrier trying to catch the riot shield guy facing the other way. However, every time I ran around the other side of the barrier the riot shield guy would have already turned that way. After doing this multiple times I became frustrated and threw a grenade at his feet. He used the shield to deflect the grenade and it flung back toward me. Before it exploded I woke up.
cool story, bro. I think there is a special melee or something for the riot shield, but I'm also guessing it won't be as powerful, and maybe it will only knock enemies back. I think there was an MW2 picture that had a riot shield being shot at and bullet holes were appearing as each shot hit. Maybe the riot shield becomes useless after it has taken a certain amount of damage?

I am so horny for this game........ well I think I was right, it was blood spatters when you take damage (yes!) there are sooo many awesome things in this game and I am really looking forward to it.
