    1v1 Conflict, Round 4 (Losers Bracket)

    Prototype is a symmetrical map constructed in the crypt of Sandbox. Known for it's longer range combat, Prototype is a perfect sister to Antagon in Round four. Both maps play the sniper game exceptionally, as well as promote some tactical medium to long range BR and Carbine battles throughout the map. A par with the size of a doubles map, Prototype offers a wide range of vantage points in areas such as the tops of the bases, the top mid and a few other corners. The vast heights differences between the ground floor, and the floors above promote top control, while still allowing for covert bottom floor travel.

    Like Antagon, Prototype relies heavily on the Sniper Rifles, which give the controlling player a greater advantage. The weapon list however remains quite fluid, as it is complemented by a central contestable Rocket Launcher, a Power Drainer, a CPU and some closer combat style weapons such as the Plasma Rifle and Assault Rifle. These weapons provides players with multiple medium floor strategies and will open up entry possibilities to the upper floors. Prototype remains very diverse, but players will find that the BR is still their best friend.

    The map looks great. Snipe heavy doesn't really suit me because i am really bad with the sniper rifle. However i like the fact that it has a powerup because without the map battle seems less consentrated and more random.

    Here's an in-depth weapons list for Prototype:

    x2 BR's (45 sec spawn, 1 clip)
    x2 Carbines (60 sec spawn, 2 clips)
    x2 Plasma Rifle's (30 sec spawn)
    x4 AR's (30 sec spawn, 1 clip)
    x2 Snipers (120 sec spawn, 0 clip)
    x1 Rocket (150 sec spawn, 0 clip)
    x1 Custom Power Up (120, not spawn at start)
    x4 Plasma Grenades (60 sec spawn)
    x6 Frag Grenades (45 sec spawn
    x1 Power Drainer (120 sec spawn)

    Snipers can be used, but it's not like in CoF where you'll have one basically the whole game.

    I'm really digging these periodic releases of the maps as the rounds go by; They all are so beautiful, it's so exciting to see them pop up on the home page. You're really pulling off a fantastic Halo event here, Forgehub. I really just want to congratulate and thank the staff here for running this shindig. Major kudos to you all.

    Wow, the Rocket Spawn structure looks amazing!
    This looks, compared to the other maps, rather interesting. It somewhat feels different than the rest for some reason, lol

    That's because its better off for 2v2's. LOL. However, 1v1's can work so there's always that.

    Hey dude nice map. Very fluid but almost everyone knows what doubles are notorious for and im here to help.HLG.
