Motel Infect

    Hey when I played your map i noticed 1 major thing. The map was more exciting than your pictures! Your picture of the hallway was extremely boring and showed nothing of the map. when I entered the Hotel there were so many cool things that you could have take pictures of.

    So after playing it I have four suggestions.

    1. Turrets seem a little overpowering as they can be ripped off and kill game play.
    2. Merge some more of your structure.
    3. Make a nicer structure for zombies
    4. Take more pictures and show the exciting parts of the map you made.

    I love the hotel or motel. It don't matter because you made it so good you could call it Michael Jackson if you wanted too!

    The Turret is overpowering slightly but the blocks make up good cover if your alert to the turrets presence. Very good map. I love the hotel still!

    This thread honestly seemed like it was kept alive simply from Kryticate's comment 4 weeks ago. Like 3/4 of the posts have something to do with it.

    Onto the map. Well, the motel itself, to me doesn't really look like a motel nor a hotel. From the outsidde anyways. Seems more like just a building, but I guess it'd sound better to have a map called 'Motel Infect' rather than Building Infect. I think you could have used a lot of your objects more sparingly, especially with the aesthetics. I would rather see little cover, placed neatly, thoughtfully with some aesthetic value rather than a **** load of objects thrown around lazily in a line. Try geomerging some of the objects at least to give a more run-down feeling to the map since it won't be in such a perfect shape when it's geomerged.

    The part I like the best about this is the top of the motel. From the tubes up, I really like how it's built and it looks very nice. Have you tried this map with any filters on yet?

    Then delete like half of these blocks you used for cover, and maybe even have the infected spawn closer to the motel in different spots to avoid spawn killing. There's no need to spawn in the dunes. And also, the humans obviously have the power advantage. Couldn't they just run into the dunes where it's easier to survive?

    Just noticed that the map you linked to is named 'infection tower'. Thread names should be the same as map/gametypes. Did you link it to the wrong map? Whatever, I'm downloading it anyways, just to do a forge through.
