Second PS CS3 Sig.

The lighting looks pretty good, text is a little small, and you might want to go with a different font. The overall flow is great though. 4.5/5.

 

I think that off to the right, maybe the blue needs to be a little more brighter or something. other than that, it's great

 

Get rid of the lights and get a light source. Also blur the background a bit more

Get rid of that pink below HIS right arm, looks funky.

I agree with EGP, blur the background more, everytime I look at the sig my eyes go straight to the dots in the background.
