Rainbow Arena Yes i know there is a map on foundry just like this. I felt i could make it better. Dont get me wrong i love the original. The Map Rainbow Arena is a map where two gladiators are put in a fight to the death. The map can support up to 16 people with 2 people always fighting at one time. The other 14 people are in the Viewing boxes along the top of the arena. Aesthetically you cant really do much but i did as much as i could. Any suggestions on decorations are welcome. Gameplay The game has 10 rounds of chaos. Each round lasts 3 min each max but will usually only last about 30 seconds. The round begins with 2 random gladiators in the arena with everyone else in the viewing boxes. The gladiators start with 4x shield and a sword. After 20 seconds 4 grav lifts respawn to add another dimension to the game. After 45 seconds a stand with a power up appears to make the person that gets it have 200% speed. I have had a party of 16 people playing this map and it works great although less people means more playing time. ok this map looks pretty good, but people make theese alot so its not the first ive seen. although the asthetics are pretty sweet. 1. because of the custom powerup and the grav lift, can the people get out of the map? 2 what do the spectators do? if its nothing, you may want to add snipers od BRs for them to make it less boring. 5/10
Good. Finally an improvement to the gladiators map on foundry. I like the obelisks, but I'm iffy about the custom powerup and the delayed spawns. In an intense swordfight, that could mess with gameplay.
Very good map, but this is kind of a copy of the one on Foundry. Very good made. If you ask me, KEEP FORGING!!!
Looks pretty good. The spectator boxes made me laugh. The only thing that would improve it could be the addition of more timed elements into the arena (like you did with grav lifts and power ups).
with more timed elements it would make it easier to get out of the map and a roof on the arena would just look weird.
